Baking up a storm with flour in her hair. Born in The Valley, travelled around Aus working in regional bakeries, Bonny always finds her way back to The Valley. Bonny is known for her well executed, hand made, flavour-filled baking.

Hayley has been with with us since the starts and made her way through the ranks. The familiar, friendly and nothings a problem service your receive is all Hayley.

JANE & KRISTY
Jane Smith and Kristy Bland are the passionate owners of Matilda's, a beloved restaurant in Nambucca Heads that has been a community staple for over 30 years. After trading their Sydney careers for a van life adventure, they found their true calling when they stumbled upon Matilda's, instantly captivated by its nostalgic charm. In July 2021, they purchased the restaurant, launching a vibrant transformation while honouring its rich history.

With Jane's logistics expertise and Kristy’s hotel management background, they created a welcoming space that celebrates community. Matilda's features a fresh, shareable menu with local ingredients, including pizzas and oysters, fostering a friendly atmosphere for all. Their commitment extends beyond food; they've designed a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels at home. In April 2022, Jane and Kristy celebrated their love by marrying on-site, sealing their bond with a joyful dance. Matilda's continues to thrive as a place of joy, connection, and celebration.
